Trails in Spain Its looking good more and more trails are likely to be opened in Spain by the end of the year thanks to the Group in Northern Spain lobbying on behalf of trail bike riders.  Thanks too to Jorge from Cereto Motos for keeping me up date.  Punctures and Tyre  Changer A tried and tested tip from the boy who know, which obviously didn't include me!    Don't throw those old punctured inner tubes away.  Cut out the valve, cut a straight line on the inside of the tube and place it round the new tube like a sock.   It protects the new tube and saves you plenty of time and money and in my case keeps my blood pressure down. New tyre changer on order hopefully will be here next week and I  will report with photos and web address in my Summer blog.
