It is the riders responsibility to advise the Company of any defects which may arise to the bikes or equipment during the riding. The client will inspect his bike at the start of each riding day. The tours are not rallies, there is no speed counter nor allotted time. You have to adapt your speed according to the places you go through. The client agrees to comply with the laws and customs of all countries visited; especially in respect of health, immigration, drugs and alcohol, or any other matters. Driving extremely slowly through the villages. Respecting the people, their customs, the wildlife and the beautiful terrain. Remember off road/trail riding can be a dangerous activity. Stopping when advised to do so.2.Tours: Each day the Company will tell you the routes, the mileage and the type of terrain you will cover. The Company reserve the rights to change or cancel the tours without notice. In the event of cancellation all payments received by the Company from the client will be refunded. If a client leaves the tour voluntarily before the end, or is required to do so by a Company representative on the grounds that the client’s presence is considered detrimental to the safety or well-being of the tour or anyone on the tour, then any liability the Company may have towards that client will cease with immediate effect. The Company will have no responsibility for repatriation or any other expense incurred by the client as a result of such an event. No refund will be given.3.Personal Possession and losses: Neither the Company, its agents or any other person assisting the Company is liable for any personal loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or inconvenience whether caused by acts of the Company, its agents or events outside the Company’s control (e.g. strikes, civil war, mechanical breakdown, weather etc). The Client acknowledges, that due to the nature of the tour, no responsibility can be accepted by the Company for any injury, accident, loss or damage to a client’s vehicle or other property, whether owned, loaned or on hire to the client. The company is is no way responsible for the actions, behaviour and well being of the client outside of riding hours.4.Documentation: The Client must bring with them their Passport, European Health Insurance Card (EHIC ), Driving licence and must inform the Company of any endorsements or restrictions imposed by the licensing authorities. ). It is also to have personal holiday and health insurance including repatriation cover.5.Damages and Losses to the Company: The Company expects the Client to respect and look after its equipment at all times. Due to the nature of the Activity The Company acknowledges and accepts that breakages and damage due to normal wear and tear will occur and will not ask the Client to recompense the Company for such damage. However if the Client rides beyond his/her means, and not with the guidelines given by The Company The Client will be charged at list price for any damage to the Company’s property. If you ride sensibly and within your own limits and abilities it is highly unlikely you will break anything. 6.Payment Terms: A non refundable deposit of 100gbpounds per person is payable to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid upon arrival in Spain at the beginning of your tour. We accept Euros/Sterling, Bank Transfer, Paypal and Credit Card (3% fee on Paypal & CC)7.The client must advised the Company of any illness, medical conditions, injury and medication they are taking which may affect their riding ability.Welcome to....
