These are based riding out of the same base each day and staying in the same hotel each evening. They are different from our Trailblazer Raids which take you to different villages each evening  and different start points each day.  Trailblazer tours take in the Mountain trails and tracks. Hill climbs, river beds, forested areas. Fast wide tracks. Single track technical riding.     Trail Tours can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 days duration,     Different routes are guaranteed each day.   Available from either our Competa (which is our main) base at www.alberdini.com or  Mijas www.trhmijas.com.   Distance:  approx 110 kilometres per day.   Suitable for all levels or riding ability.   N.B.   each tour is  tailored for the  group.  Between 1 – 10 riders no minimum number required.  All Year round  dates to suit you A typical trail tour starts at 09:45 finishing approx  5:00pm with a lunch time stop in a local Restaurant or Venta  to sample the wonderful  food of the Andalucian Region. Routes are put together specifically for you and your group to ride at your level and your pace whether that be novice or expert. Time built into the day to take photos, exchange the odd joke or two and admire the wonderful scenery of Andalucia. The beautiful village of Competa boasts a host of entertainment, there are two swimming pools, a discotheque, local bodegas, riding stable, tennis courts, squash courts, several craft boutiques, beauty salons and more than thirty bars and restaurants where you can taste the famous Vino de Competa, Sangria and a great variety of tapas. The local climate produces more than 300 sunny days a year with pleasant temperatures all year round. The glorious cities of Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Seville are nearby. You can explore the diverse Mediterranean and Arab custom dating from earlier times. CLIMATE: Southern Spain has a warm dry WINTER. Daily average maximum temperatures are around 17 °C (63 °F). Average dry days number about 23 - 24, and typically 6 hours of sunshine can be expected. By late SPRING, Spain is experiencing settled warm weather, but beware of some rather cool nights. Daily average maximum temperatures will have risen to around 23 °C (72 °F). Average dry days remain at about 23- 24, but daily average sunshine hours have increased to about 11 per day. Trailblazer operates 364 day a year from both our Competa and Mijas Centres.
